I work with children, adolescents, parents, and adult individuals. My approach is attachment-based, trauma-focused, and relational. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where each person feels heard and valued.
I’m experienced in working with families facing a wide range of challenges, including children who are acting out or struggling with anxiety, aggression, attachment injuries and other traumas, OCD, or neurodivergence. I tailor my approach to each family’s unique needs, combining play therapy, talk therapy, and family-centered strategies.
It can be so hard when your child’s big, bewildering behaviors take over, disrupting the flow of family life. As a mom myself, I truly empathize—I know the struggles firsthand.
My work with adults includes helping clients navigate life transitions, process complex emotions, heal from trauma, and cultivate self-awareness and growth.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in musical theatre; this rich creative background continues to inform my work. My creative side allows me to bring imagination, playfulness, and flexibility into the therapeutic process.
I earned my MSW from Rutgers University, graduating with honors. I am also trained in Play Therapy and as a Postpartum Doula. I am certified in the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), an evidenced-based therapeutic approach that supports nervous system regulation and enhances an individual’s ability to recognize cues of safety.
