I work with children, familes, and adult individuals. My approach is attachment-based, trauma-focused, and relational. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where each person feels heard and valued.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in musical theatre; this rich creative background continues to inform my work. My creative side allows me to bring imagination, playfulness, and flexibility into the therapeutic process. I am also a mom of an incredible, growing person. I navigate the rollercoaster of parenting daily.

I earned my MSW from Rutgers University, graduating with honors. I am also trained in Play Therapy and as a Postpartum Doula. I am certified in the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), an evidenced-based therapeutic approach that supports nervous system regulation and enhances an individual’s ability to recognize cues of safety.
